Refunds / Cancellations

Sessions and spiritual services are considered digital goods/services. There are no refunds or exchanges for ebook. For consultation you can cancel before scheduled time after you can only reschedule provided you have valid proof for failing to do reading. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Should you not provide the 12-hour notice, your request will be considered a new appointment and subject to standard scheduling procedures.
