Sessions are personal and confidential. Client information will not be shared or sold.
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive, and/or purchase services. Alternatively, a parent or guardian/caregiver may book sessions for the person under age.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Sessions and spiritual services are considered digital goods/services. There are no refunds or exchanges for ebook. For consultation you can cancel before scheduled time after you can only reschedule provided you have valid proof for failing to do reading. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Should you not provide the 12-hour notice, your request will be considered a new appointment and subject to standard scheduling procedures.
Release of Liability
By booking a session or purchasing spiritual services, treatment recommendations , you hold “Nolanga” PSychic harmless and release her from claims, demands, suits for damages, injury, complications, or negligence resulting from any session or service. You acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms.
Length of Readings
Out of respect for your time, my time, and the next client’s time, the reading will last 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the time booked. Please note that I do not go beyond booked time. Thank you for your understanding.
